Moore Hypocrisy

As the ‘Occupy’ movement continues across the country, several key components are beginning to stand out.  First, they are starting to become violent as we have seen in Oakland and Chicago.  Secondly, it has become very apparent that the players in the street are mere stooges of the organizers who control them.  Another factor that they are trying to cover up is the hypocrisies that exist within the movement and it’s controllers.

The violence and behind-the-scenes control were easy factors to predict since all that was necessary was to look at the history of these types of movements here and abroad.  With the same players holding the controllers, the screen characters would dutifully play their roles as they always have.

In my editorial, Alinsky ver2.1, I said “these entertainers care only about self promotion and notariety”, a statement that is being proven every time one of the Hollywood elite steps in front of a microphone.  This story by Newsbusters looks at Michael Moore being interviewed by Piers Morgan.  To his credit, Morgan tried to pin Moore down about his own personal wealth; a subject that Moore dismissed by lying.  More importantly though is the linked story about Moore’s earnings and his stock holdings.

This story reveals the investment holdings of Moore’s foundation that is controlled by he and his wife.  Not only did they make only small charitable donations from the foundation, their funds were invested in the stocks of companies like Halliburton, Pfizer, Merck, General Electric, Honeywell, just to name a few.  His stock holdings are in direct conflict with his stated positions about the evil defense and pharmaceutical corporations.  Interesting too is a recap of Moore’s hiring practices in his own business ventures.

The above linked story should be mandatory reading for everyone who doubts the motives of the left and their support of the ‘Occupy’ movement.  Read it and pass it around.  Better yet, pass this article around because the next paragraph is a call to action for all.

Alinsky’s Rules must be utilized to combat the attempted takeover by the players behind the ‘Occupy’ movement.  Rule 13 needs to be applied against Michael Moore; we have picked the target for you to personalize and polarize.  The hypocrisy of his investments needs to be exposed to all, and especially to those who idolize him.  Destroy his audience by exposing his hypocrisy and actions to those who support his work.

Why Michael Moore and not someone else?  His ego and stupidity make him such an easy target, and will make for a shining example of the shallowness of the public image of the ‘Occupy’ movement.  Unlike the protesters, we will not advocate or engage in violence; our weapon of choice is the distribution of information that they prefer to keep hidden.
