Provocative headline or actual warning? Actually the threat was ‘you have three days to leave before we kill you’, but I shortened it to make it a little more provocative so you would read the story.
We focus here on stories that fit three general themes. First, we offer stories that are so outrageous and stupid that you sit and scratch your head and say wtf?; sorry, this is not one of those stories. The second two themes deal with threats to our county from internal and external enemies; and we have many of both. This story takes a look at a threat that is external for the most part, with much of the world and Christianity being the current targets. But, the story could change to an internal threat if people ignore the warnings.
Let’s look at three stories in the news this week and look at the common thread between them. The first story is from Reuters regarding Boko Haram in Nigeria; this is where our headline comes from. If you are not familiar with the killings of Christians in Nigeria by this group of Islamists, the story will give you some background to get you up to speed. Basically, Boko Haram (translated the name means Western education is forbidden) has been attacking Christians and Christian churches in Nigeria, and was responsible for the burning of a church on Christmas and killing many of the congregation. They recently issued a warning to Christians in Northern Nigeria that they had three days to leave, or they would be killed. 37 Christians have been murdered since the deadline expired.
Just in case you do not open the link and read the story, here is the stated goal of this group as reported by Reuters: “….growing insurgency by Boko Haram, which says it wants to apply Islamic sharia law across the country“.
The second story deals with the Da’wa’, or the ‘Call to Islam’. The author explores passages from the Qur’an, and words and actions in history, to back up her explanation of how it is required that non-Muslims be given the chance to convert or pay a tax before violent Jihad is condoned. The author shows how Da’wa’ transforms into Jihad in current events that you are familiar with.
Part of the article quotes from the spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood:
‘Conquest through Da’wa [proselytizing] that is what we hope for. We will conquer Europe, we will conquer America! Not through sword but through Da’wa.’ – Yousef al-Qaradawi , Muslim Brotherhood spiritual leader.
If you do not understand the methods of the Brotherhood, they plan for a patient conquest of the world; a better term for this is Stealth Jihad. They are convinced that violent Jihad will only slow the pace of conquest by alerting people of the threat posed by Islamists. Their chosen method is working through activist groups like CAIR, the media, universities, and infiltration of government as the way to influence the citizens. A Google search using the words Muslim Brotherhood and The Project, will yield startling information about their written plan for the conquest of America.
I find it interesting that a spiritual leader would choose words like conquest and conquer instead of the word conversion; that is a warning sign that this is not about worship, but worldly control and domination. Hardly the traditional definition of religion.
Lastly, the third story is written by Raymond Ibrahim in this article from the Stonegate Institute. In the article, Mr. Ibrahim chronicles the most recent attacks on Christians throughout the world in the month of December only; all of the attacks by Islamic groups intent on eliminating or diminishing Christian influence on the Muslims of that country.
There is a common thread to all of the articles and the information presented; the political ideology within Islam is being used again for conquest and control. Sometimes through Stealth Jihad and other times through violent Jihad; the goal of Sharia and domination is the common denominator.
The reason for tying these three stories into one article is to present what is happening in the name of Islam throughout the world; and the threat that this portion of Islam has become to the world and to our country. The threat of Sharia in the United States is real in time. No matter how much the media, academics, activists, and politicians work to dismiss the fear, understand that to some, the goal of Islamic supremacy is real; and they are patient.
To those that say that our constitution protects religious freedoms and we should not criticize any religion or its followers, I would answer as follows: we must fully embrace Muslims as they worship God and follow the religious portion of Islam, but we must be vigilant against those that worship the ideology of Jihad and Conquest that exists within Islam. The three articles I included herein explain and verify that this ideology is alive and active in the world, and eventually our country. Criticism of a political ideology that seeks control of our country in no way violates the protections afforded by the 1st Amendment.
Vigilance and understanding is our role as Muslims work to separate themselves from the political ideology that is behind the conflict within Islam and between Islam and the world.

Islam isn’t about “allah” or “paradise” or “prayer” or “spirituality” or how human beings should relate to one another or how human beings should relate to a “god” or the eternal fate of the human soul. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT ANY OF THAT. Islam is about acquiring physical, earthly territory and installing a totalitarian government over the earth that provides a cadre of “elites” masquerading as some sort of “clergy” with massive decadent wealth and as much twisted perverted sex as they want, including homosexual and heterosexual pedohilia, ephebophilia, concubinage, incest, bestiality and necrophilia. There is nothing new under the sun. They want power, they want money and they want sex. The “religious” aspects are a stone-cold con, which Bin Laden himself declared in no uncertain terms. –
